Scope:

The Sr. Project Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading and optimizing projects within all facets of business operations to ensure scope and direction of projects are on schedule. This role will drive projects and possess a strong understanding of the responsibilities and functions within business operations and information technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to facilitate project planning from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
  • Measure project performance using PMI methodology and techniques
  • Collaborate collectively and effectively to resolve differences and mitigate risk
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Create project detailed project status reports for executive staff
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget
  • Oversee user acceptance testing
  • Lead daily/weekly stand-up meetings with project teams to monitor progress
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources, including third party vendors
  • Manage a mix of 6 to 12 projects with varying complexity and timelines

Organizational Relationship:

  • The Sr. Project Manager, IT Infrastructure reports to the Vice President, Global IT Infrastructure.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field (will consider applicants with extensive PM experience managing IT and technology projects in lieu of specific degree requirements)
  • PMP certified a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience in project managements
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and geographically dispersed
  • Understanding of core Infrastructure Technologies

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
