Why Neocol?

Neocol partners with the world's most innovative subscription businesses to solve complex, high-impact challenges and unlock scalable growth. As a leading Salesforce Summit Partner, we bring deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to help customers transform how they sell, service, and scale.

What sets Neocol apart is not just our technical depth, but how we work. We've built proven playbooks, accelerators, and delivery models that empower teams to move quickly, confidently, and with purpose — always with a focus on meaningful outcomes.

At Neocol, you'll join a team that values expertise, curiosity, and ownership — and gives you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in the subscription economy.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Project Manager, you are the face of Neocol and main point of contact for the clients.  You will establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage a plan to meet those goals. This is a consulting role first — you should be energized by being in front of clients, managing risk and issues directly with them, and guiding engagements to a successful outcome, not simply administering a project plan. This position may involve travel, and travel should be expected to increase as our client base grows more enterprise-focused.

Project & Delivery Leadership

  • Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and manage client communications and with Neocol team resources accordingly
  • Own the overall delivery of engagements and ensure all team members are accountable for their individual roles and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, manage through, and escalate project risks and issues to internal and external executive team members, as needed.
  • Identify and address project scope issues and manage the customer through the process of issue resolution, change order, or other processes.
  • Provide feedback, leadership, and direction to individual team members within each engagement.
  • Work with fellow Neocol Project Managers and delivery teams to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops ensuring the right participants are ’in the room’.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
  • Support clients through change management and user adoption initiatives.

Practice Development

  • Serve as a contributing member of the Customer Success practice and mentor other Project Managers across Neocol.
  • Contribute to the development of engagement and project standards, best practices, templates, and other artifacts to establish Neocol’s reputation and performance in customer success.
  • Support and contribute to company and practice “all hands”, training, and other events and sessions to further the development of our sales and delivery practitioners at Neocol.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering Salesforce projects in a consultant capacity
  • A consulting mindset — you're energized by being in front of clients and managing risk and issues directly with them, not just tracking and reporting on them
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer lifecycles inclusive of contract, quote, order and billing, data migrations, and integrations,
  • Familiarity with technical solutions utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Comfortable with maintaining high utilization (targeting 85%) across multiple fast-paced projects, typically 1-3 at a time depending on account size
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills

What Would Set You Apart

  • PM Tool Experience: Salesforce and reporting capabilities, JIRA, Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Scrum Master and/or PMP certifications
  • Ability to see situations from all aspects and articulate solutions clearly for the best path forward.
