Role Description: Sr. Salesforce Developer
 
Role Purpose: 
 

The Senior Salesforce Developer plays a key role in designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support scalable revenue operations. This role focuses heavily on Salesforce CPQ and Billing, while also contributing to platform innovation, operational stability, and early adoption of AI-driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. 

This is a hands-on engineering role with strong collaboration across product, business, and architecture teams.

Responsibilities:
    • Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on CPQ, Billing, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows. 
    • Develop high-quality, maintainable solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, aligned with development standards. 
    • Configure and enhance pricing, quoting, subscriptions, renewals, amendments, and billing, including complex and usage-based pricing models. 
    • Partner with admins, product, and finance teams to ensure accurate, scalable quoting, billing, and contract lifecycle behavior. 
    • Stay current on Salesforce platform and AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce) and contribute to thoughtful automation and incremental innovation. 
    • Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and developers during sprint execution, technical design, and code reviews. 
    • Ensure solution quality through unit testing, automated test coverage, and production support, including root cause analysis. 
    • Identify technical debt and performance issues and drive continuous improvement. 
    • Share knowledge through documentation and peer collaboration, providing informal guidance to junior developers and admins. 
    • Contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
    • Strong experience with Apex, Flow, LWC, and Salesforce declarative automation.
    • Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and subscription-based revenue models.
    • Interest in AI-driven automation and emerging Salesforce platform capabilities.
    • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I &II, CPQ Specialist).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to execute independently while collaborating effectively within a team.        
 

Base Salary – $116,500 - $174,500

The base salary range reflects the full range for this position at Wasabi Technologies. At Wasabi, we believe in paying fairly and competitively, and individual compensation is determined based on factors such as job-related experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Base pay is just one part of our total rewards approach. Depending on role eligibility, Wasabi team members may also receive additional compensation and benefits, including bonus or variable compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being.
