Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP Solution Payroll Architect with strong, hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role supports multiple ongoing projects, providing configuration, problem-solving, and direct delivery for U.S. payroll solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to gather requirements and design scalable SAP ECP solutions.
  • Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, calculations, time management, and integration points.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
  • Design and support integrations between EC, EC Payroll, and third-party systems.
  • Document system configuration, business processes, and testing activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and mentorship to clients and team members.
  • Stay current with SAP releases, best practices, and certifications.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless module integration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with deep, hands-on ECP expertise.
  • Proven experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll architecture, data flow, and compliance.
  • Background in client-facing consulting with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and/or Talent modules).
  • International ECP implementation experience.
  • Experience with replication configuration, logging, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC Benefits integration.
  • ABAP skills and/or experience leading teams or projects.

Employment Type
