Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer (.NET Full stack Developer)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months Contract

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and implement event-driven microservices and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Build full-stack features leveraging React for the front end and .NET/Azure for backend services.
• Develop consumer-driven APIs aligned with API-first design principles.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define and refine scalable solutions.
• Decompose complex epics and user stories into manageable, testable development tasks.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and secure code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering growth and best-practice adoption.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed features and services.
• Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, technologies, and system integrations.
• Operate effectively in high-pressure environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with C#/.NET Core and React.
· Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs, and event-driven design patterns.
· Hands-on experience with Kafka (or equivalent event streaming platforms).
· Strong background in Azure services including API Management (APIM), Key Vault, and cloud-native deployments.
· Proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform for container orchestration and infrastructure automation.
· Experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps deployment tools.
· Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
· Exposure to Blazor is a plus.
· Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
· Preferred experience in orchestrations and transformations across distributed backend systems.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
· Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members.
· High adaptability, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.
· Strong customer service mindset and urgency to deliver impactful solutions.
