What You Will Work On

You’ll lead the planning and execution of dynamic events and engagement initiatives that bring people together and strengthen organizational culture. From concept development to post-event analysis, you’ll ensure every detail is managed with precision and creativity. Your work will include sourcing venues, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics to deliver exceptional experiences for internal stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively to keep everything on track. Your efforts will directly impact employee engagement and create memorable experiences that align with company goals.

Who You Will Work With

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and industry partners to bring events to life. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll understand their objectives and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. You’ll also build strong relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment and fostering a positive, customer-focused approach.

What You Bring

Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or related field preferred

  • CMP certification or other event industry-related certification preferred

  • 4+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in event management or a related field

  • Proven ability to plan and execute both in-person and virtual events

  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Experience working with vendors such as DMCs, hotels, AV providers, and caterers

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event registration platforms (e.g., CVENT, Bravura)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

Work Style and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Regular in-office attendance is required

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

  • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
