The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work within UC Health’s Human Resources organization as part of the internal Talent Acquisition team with the primary responsibility of sourcing and recruiting quality talent into the system.  They will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to fully understand the area of the organization they support and consultatively recommend and execute effective recruitment strategies and tactics.  This role is ideal for a person who has experience working as part of a highly visible and engaged Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Expertise:
•    Define and execute the best candidate attraction strategies.
•    Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate’s motivation.
•    Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit and skillfully present the most qualified candidate/slates to hiring leader(s).
•    Establish and ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment life cycle.
•    Be a subject matter expert in your area of recruitment through knowledge of market data and strong understanding of UC Health’s business.
•    Develop and maintain effective relationships with all hiring leaders, peers, and team members within UC Health.  

•    Build and maintain (keep warm) candidate pipelines, selling prospective candidates on UC Health being an employer of choice.
•    Maintain a firm understanding of key KPIs and metrics and manage and oversee candidate requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.
•    Maintain knowledge of all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.

Business Advisor:
•    Develop and maintain effective relationships with all hiring leaders and be their trusted advisor.
•    Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
•    Provide guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices.
•    Advise and influence hiring managers utilizing insightful data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making.
•    Oversee, manage, and provide updates on all team recruitment activities and metrics.
•    Communicate consistently and proactively with stakeholders and TA Team to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
•    Tactfully drive the hiring process to meet KPIs and metrics.
•    Identify and prioritize areas of need within each assigned specialty area(s).  Develop and maintain an organizational system that allows for frequent reprioritization of workload.

Candidate Sourcing, Engagement and Experience:
•    Leverage advanced recruiting tools, technologies, and techniques to identify and proactively source top talent, utilizing insights, benchmarks, and analytics.
•    Partner collaboratively with broader talent acquisition team (Pipelining and Preboarding) to meet/exceed all performance standards and provide an excellent candidate experience.
•    Build and maintain (keep warm) candidate pipelines, selling prospective candidates on UC Health being an employer of choice.

•    Attend and support all Talent Acquisition activities including hiring and community events. 

HR/Special Projects/Continuous Improvement:
•    HR/TA and/or organizational projects and/or continuous improvement initiatives, as defined.
•    Serve as a Senior Recruiter on the team, coaching/advising/onboarding more junior TA Partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree. | SHRM or PHR certifications preferred but not required. | Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience. Preferred: 6 - 10 Years equivalent experience.
