This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve successful outcomes with SentinelOne’s industry-leading solutions. Projects that you will oversee can include the entire SentinelOne Platform, including endpoint and cloud security, but will be heavily weighted towards SIEM migration projects.

What will you do?

You will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule & deadlines, resources, and stakeholder communication with precision. You will drive execution from post-sales kickoff through delivery, ensure seamless integration into customer environments, and foster adoption of SentinelOne technologies. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in client-facing project management, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans. Your ability to mitigate risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear documentation is essential. We are looking for someone who can build trust with customers, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and continuously improve how we deliver Professional Services.

  • Act as a primary point of contact, fostering trust and rapport with the client.
  • Drive adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
  • Understand customer objectives and priorities and translate them into success criteria.
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
  • Identify process gaps and implement SOPs for efficiency across delivery functions.
  • Guiding each engagement from initial scope definition and project kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and final closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
  • Deliver regular, comprehensive, and transparent updates on project status, key performance metrics, and any necessary escalations to both our clients and internal stakeholders.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role within Professional Services or a similar environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects, preferably involving SIEM implementations and migrations, for external clients.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), SOAR) is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage client expectations and complex issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams.

Why us?

You will be joining a cutting-edge company where you will tackle extraordinary challenges and work with the very best in the industry.
