Lead technical programs for branded card products and digital wallets, manage roadmaps, timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination; create JIRA dashboards, track dependencies, and drive on-time delivery while improving processes and reporting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical programs related to branded card products (e.g., new features, enhancements, digital wallets like Apple Pay).
- Drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, Prof team, Risk and compliance to ensure clear deliverables, coordination
- Coordinate with various stakeholders from the engineering, compliance, and design teams to ensure deliverables
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependency trackers.
- Manage risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple teams.
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Create dashboards with JIRA and other tools to track dependencies and ensure project milestones are kept in view
- Effectively and quickly solve any issues that arise, using your technical expertise to work with various departments.
- Promote transparency and visualization of project progress to ensure alignment across teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT as a Technical Program Manager.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development principles and technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and complex dependencies.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with JIRA for dash board and process tracking.
- Excellent skills working with databases and creating queries
- Experience in the pay domain is a big plus
- Experience in financial domain or with banking product is a plus.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
- Experience with Cloud-based solutions (AWS or others)
- Experience or strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
