Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. The UI Designer will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create intuitive designs that meet business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design User Interfaces: Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers: Work closely with UX designers to ensure seamless integration of user experience and interface design.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and that the final product meets design standards.
  • User-Centered Design: Ensure designs are aligned with user needs, goals, and behaviors through research, testing, and feedback.
  • Iterate Designs: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, performance data, and testing results.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure designs remain relevant and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, polished designs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with animation and motion design.
  • Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or similar.
  • Experience in designing for responsive or adaptive web applications.
  • Experience with conducting user research or usability testing.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 135,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
