Reporting directly to the Arlington Site Controller and based in Arlington, TX

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Staff Accountant I who will play a vital role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant, and meaningful. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll gain exposure to the full accounting cycle, manufacturing experience, learn from experienced mentors, and see the tangible results of your contributions.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP, including but not limited to payroll, fixed assets, travel and entertainment and other operating expenses.

• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments.

• Help prepare financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules under the supervision of senior finance personnel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 0–3 years of accounting experience (internships and part-time roles count!)

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
