Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our Finance team.The Staff
Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling general ledger accounts, assisting
with month-end close, fixed asset tracking, performing analyses of financial data, and assisting
in the annual audit process. The Staff Accountant will also contribute to process improvement
initiatives and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

•  Prepares required weekly/monthly/annual journal entries and assists with monthly/annual close
• Completes monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Research and analyze expense variances
• Assist with documentation of key processes and controls
• Work cross functionally with counterparts in the business to support and educate non-accounting employees on accounting needs
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assist with completion of internal and external audits
• Work on ad hoc accounting projects as needed by accounting management

Experience

• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• NetSuite experience a plus
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
