THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for a Staff Accountant to play a key role in scaling our financial operations. This person will be responsible for maintaining multiple general ledger accounts across Cyera’s global entities. You will work closely with the Director of Accounting to help in establishing policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Receivable: Assist with managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling payments.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• General Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including posting journal entries and ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process by ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled, and provide any necessary documentation for management review.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and assist in preparing for audits.
• Assist with Special Projects: Support finance team initiatives, including process improvements, system integrations, and other accounting-related tasks as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of accounting experience, handling accounting responsibilities/functions
• Experience with Excel and G Suite
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Interest in a role with wide scope in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Compensation Range: $60,000-$80,000.

The range represents total compensation, and may include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
