Overview

GPM Empire, LLC is hiring a Staff Attorney to support its in-house legal team on the commercial and contract matters that drive GPM's wholesale fuel distribution and fleet fueling operations. The Staff Attorney will process buyout requests and terminations of wholesale customer agreements, draft and review correspondence, ancillary transaction documents, and other contract-related materials (including amendments, consents, and notices), maintain the contracts and matter tracker with regular status reporting to the Deputy General Counsel and senior leadership, review and improve standard form agreements such as supply, consignment, and lease templates, and identify process improvements that increase efficiency in contract intake, drafting turnaround, and legal support for operational teams. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of transactional or corporate legal experience and is looking for the autonomy and cross-functional exposure that comes with an in-house role at a growing, operationally driven company. • Perform other related duties as assigned, consistent with the position’s responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail
