At Cofactr, we're redefining the electronics supply chain with a platform that combines powerful software, an electronics marketplace, and in-house logistics support. We're a startup looking for skilled individuals who can handle ambiguity and complexity while remaining pragmatic. We're seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer (front-end leaning) to help architect and build product features that transform how customers manage their components and data. This role is hands-on and high-impact: you'll own features end-to-end, lead technical decisions, mentor others, and help shape our engineering culture as we scale.
You will
- Design, build, and own product functionality across the stack
- Lead projects and make critical technical trade-offs, balancing performance, scalability, and user experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customer-facing teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions
- Champion technical excellence in code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance
- Contribute to technical leadership by guiding peers, surfacing risks, and ensuring alignment with product goals
- Potentially step into a hands-on management role as the team grows
Must Haves
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling complex SaaS products
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks
- Solid experience with Python backends and Postgres databases
- Proven ability to ship high-quality features from design to production in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills—able to partner with product and non-technical stakeholders, surface key insights, and bring others along in decision-making
- Experience in technical leadership: setting direction, mentoring, and guiding teams through ambiguity
- Startup mentality: you are resilient, pragmatic, and ambitious, and you know how to push for impact while maintaining strong working relationships
