Job Summary:
As a Staff Front-End Engineer joining our growing, dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, secure, and scalable experiences for our AI-powered enterprise applications. From building secure and scalable JavaScript widgets to optimizing authentication flows, you’ll be instrumental in developing and deploying solutions that drive AI workflows in varied customer environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence the evolution of our front-end ecosystem and development practices.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end architectures across our ecosystem, contributing to our design systems and NPM modules
- Own key areas like scalability, authentication, and system architecture while building in an environment-agnostic fashion.
- Develop scalable front-end components, including JavaScript widgets, contributing to our design systems and NPM modules.
- Take full ownership of projects, from design to deployment through to maintenance.
- Support production systems, debugging issues to maintain reliability and uptime.
- Stay adaptable, learning new languages and technologies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, delivering enterprise-level products.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on robust architectures and system design.
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind).
- Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience in iterative, agile development processes in dynamic environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with design, ML, and product teams.
- Expertise in debugging and supporting distributed production systems.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies.
- Have to be eligible to work in US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real-time collaborative text editors
- Meaningful contributions to open-source projects
- Deploying into varied environments included cloud, and self-hosted
