  • Proven experience architecting scalable systems and leading technical direction for front-end applications.
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and influencing engineers across teams.
  • Experience with build tools (Vite, Turbo, Rollup, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket).
  • Actively use AI-assisted development tools and set expectations for their effective, secure, and scalable adoption across teams to raise overall engineering efficiency and quality.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Playwright).

Additional Qualifications That Will Help You Succeed:

  • Experience leading or building design system initiatives.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience working with backend systems and API design.
  • Recognized ability to influence and set technical standards across teams or communities.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  $192,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
