You'll join our engineering team as a Staff Product Engineer. You will work closely with our founders to build out products zero to one, make foundational technical design decisions, and own a large engineering scope. We're looking for someone who loves delivering great customer experiences and has a passion for design.
What you’ll doDesign and develop high-quality product software, drive the architectural decision, and full product delivery life cycle for our web and native user interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features on time.
Incorporate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap.
Partner with our founders on the strategy of our customer-facing experiences.
Have high ownership over technical decisions and direction.
Help educate and guide all future engineers in our technology stack.
Establish standards and best practices for engineering.
6+ years of software engineering experience.
Passion for building delightful product experiences.
Proficient with our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres.
Pragmatic problem solver with a focus on delivering impact.
Demonstrated personal and professional maturity.
Experience taking software from ideation to production.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Startup experience or a desire to build your own company one day.
