Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.

At Realtor.com®, we’re transforming the way people find, buy, and sell homes -- and marketing plays a critical role in connecting millions of consumers with their next move. We’re looking for a Product Manager, Acquisition and Growth to shape the systems, tools, and capabilities that power our marketing engine.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, driving the products that scale and optimize our customer acquisition. You’ll develop a next generation performance marketing system that is AI-enabled and LLM-first -- growing Realtor.com®’s marketing programs efficiently and intelligently.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core marketing platforms, including SEM automation, bidding, and budget management, driving scalable, data-driven growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and engineering to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact tools across paid channels (SEM, Paid Social, Video, App, and more).
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into measurable outcomes through experimentation, automation, and improved data visibility.
  • Lead product discovery and agile delivery, shipping incremental value while building durable, scalable marketing capabilities.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to a broad set of stakeholders, aligning teams around shared outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external platform partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Apple) to ensure strong integrations and adoption of industry best practices.
  • Ensure operational excellence of marketing systems, identifying and resolving issues to maintain reliability and performance at scale.

How We Work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

Who you are:

  • A strategic and technical product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology.
  • Skilled at translating complex marketing workflows into elegant, automated solutions that drive measurable business results.
  • Comfortable in both high-level strategic planning and detailed execution -- equally adept at defining a roadmap and writing user stories.
  • Highly analytical, with a passion for experimentation, attribution, and data-driven optimization.
  • A strong collaborator who can influence across teams and bring together engineering, analytics, and marketing stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience, with a focus on marketing technology, growth infrastructure, or performance marketing systems.
  • Proven experience working in or leading Agile development processes.
  • Proficiency with SQL and a strong understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and measurement.

Bonus points:

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (including Firebase), Appsflyer, http://Segment.io , or iSpot.
  • Familiarity with advertising and marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Ad Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and prototyping.
  • Background in e-commerce, growth marketing, or consumer platforms with a focus on measurable impact.
