About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Identity Graph Platform Products, to incubate, build, and commercialize 0-to-1 products on top of one Socure’s industry-leading Identity Graph. This role will own the end-to-end commercial strategy - from product definition and packaging to pricing and go-to-market execution - for entirely new graph-powered products and offerings across RiskOS and future platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM, to bring net-new, market-leading products from concept to launch and scale. This position sits within Socure’s Platform Product Organization and is accountable for commercial outcomes for Identity Graph–based products.

What You'll DoProduct Strategy for IDGraph:
  • Extend and lead the packaging and integration strategy for Socure’s Socure Identity Graph across current and future products.

  • Translate advanced graph capabilities into clear, sellable products with compelling value propositions.

  • Establish scalable pricing models, packaging, and usage-based constructs aligned with customer value.

Graph Commercialization & Product Packaging:
  • Lead commercialization of graph-driven capabilities in Socure’s platform risk & identify platform RiskOS, enabling customers to leverage global graph signals and velocities within workflows.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve pricing, documentation, and packaging as graph usage becomes embedded in customer decisioning flows.

  • Define how graph-powered capabilities are exposed via APIs, workflows, reports, and notifications.

Competitive & Market Leadership:
  • Develop strategies to compete with other market-leading Enhanced Due Diligence and Identity ID products, positioning Socure’s identity graph as a differentiated, privacy-forward alternative.

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions.

  • Identify future commercial opportunities leveraging global graph data, identity resolution, and cross-product signals.

Go-To-Market Leadership:
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for graph-powered commercial offerings, including positioning, sales enablement, and launch planning.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.

  • Define success metrics and track commercial performance post-launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work in lockstep with the Technical Product Manager, Identity Graph, aligning technical capabilities with commercial strategy and sequencing.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure products are scalable, compliant, and profitable.

  • Act as the primary commercial point of accountability for IDGraph initiatives.

What You Bring
  • 5-8 years of product management experience, with significant ownership of commercialization, pricing, and go-to-market for B2B or B2B2C SaaS products.

  • Strong experience defining pricing models (subscription, usage-based, per-entity, hybrid) for data, platform, or API-driven products.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and revenue-generating products.

  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

  • Experience in identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, data platforms, or adjacent regulated domains strongly preferred.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate unit economics, margins, and ROI of new product initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and commercializing 0-to-1 products, including taking new product concepts from early discovery through launch and scale in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

  • Background working in early-stage or platform incubation contexts within growth-stage or scaling companies, with comfort operating under incomplete requirements and evolving strategy.

  • Experience working with or against providers like LexisNexis, Experian, Equifax, or similar.

  • Advanced degree.

  • Experience launching products within configurable workflow or decisioning platforms.
