About the Role:
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our ADR group - the team building L1 Agent, an AI-native operator that autonomously handles the repetitive, high-volume work of Level-1 IT operations.
You'll advance the roadmap, work hands-on with design partners, and partner closely with engineering to bring an agentic AI product to enterprise scale.
You'll also contribute to the shift in how BigPanda delivers value - expanding self-service and automated paths for customers to adopt and grow with our products.
The team operates in startup mode within BigPanda - fast pace, real ownership, direct customer contact, and room to shape strategy.

What you will do:
  • Define and drive the L1 Agent roadmap, staying hands-on through delivery
  • Partner with GTM teams across enablement, marketing, and launch activities
  • Run customer discovery with design partners and enterprise users
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship AI-native product capabilities
  • Collaborate across product groups to ensure platform-wide alignment
  • Shape how customers experience and trust the AI agent - conversational flows, transparency into agent decisions, and feedback loops that improve the product

What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager building B2B SaaS products end-to-end
  • Track record of shipping AI or ML products to production
  • Strong product-UX instincts, with a focus on experiences customers can adopt on their own
  • Technical fluency - comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture and system design
  • Experience running customer discovery, interviews, and design partner programs
  • Experience partnering with GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to shape positioning, enablement, and adoption
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy from problem definition through go-live
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with observability and incident workflows, and the operator experience around the
  • Founder or 0-to-1 product experience

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $195,500 - $230,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
