Being sick or injured is painful. Getting better shouldn’t be.

Most industries have been transformed by new technology. Healthcare is still waiting — and you can help change that.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: make healthcare accessible, transparent, and effortless for all. We put the consumer at the center, move fast and partner with forward-thinking providers to deliver software that makes care better, faster, and more human. This is work with real-world stakes — and you can help lead the way.

Healthcare is one of the most complex, high-stakes industries in the world — and also one of the most in need of change. At Solv, the products you build will directly shape how millions of people find and receive care, and how providers deliver it. You won’t just be managing a backlog — you’ll be deciding how to blend proven SaaS capabilities with cutting-edge AI to create tools that are both practical and transformative. Some features will be powered by AI models, others won’t — but all will share one goal: make healthcare simpler, faster, and more human.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Solv, you’ll own initiatives across our product portfolio — from patient scheduling and provider communication tools, to workflow automation, to AI-powered experiences that personalize and streamline care.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, go-to-market teams to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll decide where AI is the right tool, where traditional product design wins, and how to keep our products trusted, accessible, and delightful.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of classic SaaS product management and AI innovation, with the judgment to know when to apply each.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Enhance the patient & provider experience – Deliver tools that improve scheduling, patient communication, and feedback loops, whether through intuitive UI or AI automation.
  • Shape a balanced product roadmap – Blend foundational SaaS capabilities with emerging AI opportunities to meet business goals and user needs.
  • Own features end-to-end – From concept to launch, ensuring they are user-centric, data-informed, and outcome-driven.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to launch products and drive adoption.
  • Integrate AI thoughtfully – Partner with engineering to design explainable, trustworthy, high-value AI features — avoiding AI for AI’s sake.
  • Stay close to the customer – Conduct user research, analyze product usage, and track competitive trends to inform decisions.
  • Champion UX & usability – Push for simplicity, functionality, and delight in every feature, AI-powered or not.

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of product management experience at high-growth SaaS, B2B2C, or high-performing product companies.
  • Experience building both traditional software products and AI/LLM-enhanced products (healthtech experience is a plus).
  • Strong product and UX intuition — able to distill complexity into elegant solutions.
  • A balanced perspective on AI — knowing when it’s the right lever and when simpler solutions win.
  • Data-driven decision-making, using analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Comfort in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
  • A passion for improving healthcare and making a real-world impact.

Salary range is based off of SF or NYC based candidates, and will vary by location and experience.
