Job Details

Kueski is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic products that drive customer value and business growth. This role is ideal for a product leader with strong market intuition, technical depth, and a track record of turning insights into impactful product decisions.

As a key contributor, you will define and prioritize product roadmaps, guide development from concept to launch, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. You will use market trends, customer needs, and competitive signals to shape product direction, making decisions that directly influence Kueski’s growth and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Market Insight
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

  • Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and surface unmet needs.

  • Translate insights into actionable opportunities for product improvement or innovation.

Strategy, Roadmapping & Feature Definition
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategic objectives.

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user value.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define features that align with both market demand and internal goals.

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.

  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and scope to ensure successful delivery.

  • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle with operational discipline and accountability.

Performance, Optimization & Communication
  • Monitor key product metrics and continuously iterate based on performance and user feedback.

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders on progress, priorities, and decisions.

  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
  • At least 8 years of product management experience defining end-to-end consumer products; a seasoned professional who is able to solve most issues and problems and drive company objectives and achieve goals

  • Ability to work in a startup or fast-paced development environment

  • Experience with web/mobile development technologies

  • Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into products that consumers love

  • Solid financial products background is an advantage

  • Solid analytical skills for business modeling and reporting

  • English: professional proficiency
