As a Web Product Manager, you will drive the strategic development and enhancement of SolarWinds web platform capabilities for specific products, focusing on user experience, conversion, and business impact. You will translate product and marketing goals into a clear web vision, roadmap, and backlog, driving measurable growth through continuous optimization.

This is a hands-on product role centered on problem definition, prioritization, and delivery. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, UX, Analytics, and Web Development partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences that support customer acquisition and pipeline impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define web-related problems, opportunities, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the web product vision, roadmap, and backlog for specific products.
  • Write clear epics and user stories, prioritize features, and guide delivery through web development partners.
  • Drive growth and conversion optimization across key user journeys, including engagement, lead capture, and overall experience.
  • Use analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and communicate outcomes.
  • Track and report on engagement, conversion, and pipeline-related performance metrics.

Platform & Execution

  • Partner with web development teams to define requirements and priorities for Builder.io templates, components, and content workflows for your specific products.
  • Ensure web experiences meet standards for performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and governance.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics and/or GA4 to inform prioritization, experimentation, and success measurement.
  • Adapt content and SEO strategies to evolving AI-powered search and digital discovery experiences.

What You’ll Have

  • Experience owning web experiences for B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong product management fundamentals: problem definition, roadmap ownership, backlog clarity, and prioritization.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Builder.io preferred) and modern web development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, SEO, site performance, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience using analytics tools to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator who collaborates effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
