Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Staff Product Manager to shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation products. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring impactful ideas to life, from concept to launch and beyond.

What You’ll Do

📈 Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals, customer insights, and market opportunities.

🔄 Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery, iteration, and scale.
