About the role
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering from intake to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Partner strategically with leaders and hiring managers to understand business goals, workforce planning needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Influence and advise org leaders on hiring strategies, pipeline development, and market insights; serve as a thought partner on organizational design and talent planning.
  • Identify and execute process improvement initiatives that enhance speed, quality, and scalability of recruiting operations.
  • Lead proactive pipeline hiring for critical and high-growth teams, anticipating future needs and building relationships with top talent in advance.
  • Drive high-impact hiring initiatives that improve candidate quality, diversity, and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Ops, HR, and team leads to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
  • Maintain data accuracy and leverage metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a recruiting culture champion, raising the talent bar across the organization through consistency, collaboration, and thoughtful candidate evaluation.
Who you are
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles.
  • Proven success recruiting in high-growth organizations across both startup and established company environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level relationships and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders.
  • Comfort navigating complex, evolving hiring landscapes - balancing urgency with quality and long-term business impact.
  • Track record of driving recruiting process improvements and implementing scalable systems and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of technical talent markets and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics tools (Gem).
  • Experience mentoring recruiters and contributing to process, tooling, and brand improvements across the recruiting org.

  • An interest in or familiarity with the fantasy sports and sports betting industry

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000, plus pre-IPO equity. Our comp range reflects the full scale of expected compensation for this role. Offers are calibrated based on experience, skills, impact, and geographies. Most new hires land in the lower half of the band, with the opportunity to advance toward the upper end over time.
