  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align compensation strategies with broader business goals.
What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with Workday (Global Benefits/Advanced Compensation) or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through data and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to executive compensation, M&A integration, or global matrixed organizations considered a plus.
