Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in core banking system integrations. The role focuses on defining requirements for internal platforms used by core banking services. The role also offers opportunities to identify and support AI-enabled capabilities that improve servicing efficiency, customer service and operations agents, fraud detection, KYC and operational automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and document functional requirements for agent-facing servicing applications used by call center and operations teams.
  • Define system integrations and APIs between servicing platforms and core banking systems.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
  • Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
  • Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation. Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Domain experience in one of the below banking systems:
    • Agent facing UI system and Core banking backend and interfaces
    • Fraud domain, particularly in managing enterprise-level solutions for fraud detection and prevention
    • KYC
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to identify opportunities where AI or machine learning can enhance operational processes, such as fraud detection, customer support automation, or KYC.
  • Support testing, validation, and release of new capabilities

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in financial services or technology.
  • Strong understanding of AI/analytics-driven solutions and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working in Agent facing UI system, Fraud detection/prevention domains or KYC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000 
Maximum Compensation: USD 125,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
