Funkit is hiring an STR Reporting Specialist to support our short-term-rental reporting work across US markets. Engagement: Ongoing contractor, expected to continue beyond six months with no fixed end date or guaranteed minimum term. Your responsibility will be to take each report from raw market research to a polished, shareable deliverable. This is a detail-heavy role where accuracy, clear formatting, and dependable delivery matter.

Responsibilities:

- Build a dedicated Google Sheet, gather and quality-check AirDNA figures

- Investigate local amenities that may affect the recommendation

- Use Claude to improve the report's presentation, edit Markdown and HTML files

- Publish the final report through Cloudflare

Requirements:

- Google Sheets experience

- Familiarity with AirDNA

- Basic Claude skills

- Comfort using Monday

Benefits:

- Compensation USD 1,000-3,000/month (USD 12,000-36,000/year)
