The Role:
Halcyon is seeking a Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager to execute joint go-to-market initiatives with priority technology partners including Dell, Microsoft, and other key ecosystem partners.
This role ensures joint alliance initiatives are planned and executed in a way that expands Halcyon’s market presence, enables partner sellers, and supports pipeline momentum. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly. This person will work cross-functionally to ensure joint initiatives are aligned, visible, and delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with key strategic alliance partners (e.g., Dell, Microsoft, and others)
- Translate joint solution value propositions into clear messaging and coordinated campaigns that support awareness, enablement, and demand creation
- Identify and activate opportunities to scale Halcyon’s market reach through participation in alliance-led marketing programs and flagship partner initiatives
- Build strong relationships with alliance stakeholders and internal leadership to drive alignment and unlock new opportunities
Program Execution & Campaign Management
- Drive integrated programs across digital campaigns, executive engagement moments, field activations, content, and partner communications
- Own program execution end-to-end — including timelines, readiness, coordination, and performance tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure consistency and impact
- Support regional teams in activating joint programs through scalable campaign frameworks, tools, and partner-ready assets
Budget & Reporting
- Manage co-marketing investments and MDF budgets to ensure programs are aligned to business priorities and delivering measurable outcomes
- Monitor and communicate program effectiveness, including partner engagement, campaign adoption, and contribution to pipeline initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
Skills
- Experience planning and managing co-marketing programs and investments with strategic alliances
- Familiarity with the security market landscape and buyer personas.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
- Ability to position joint solutions and into clear market messaging
- High degree of ownership, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Executive presence and confidence engaging senior internal and partner stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to ~20% based on business needs
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in alliance, partner, or ecosystem marketing within enterprise technology or cybersecurity
- Experience supporting global technology alliances (cloud, infrastructure, or security ecosystems) preferred
- Proven success building multi-channel regional and partner campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and campaign/event tools

The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but are not limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offers, and equity awards.
In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
