Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects or programs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and project financials.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification (preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
