Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects or programs across diverse technologies and domains.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business units.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Manage project governance, metrics, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, solution presentations, and estimation.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, process optimization, and innovation.
- Lead and mentor project managers and team members to ensure effective performance and growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and project financials.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification (preferred).
