  • Influence hiring, territory design, capacity planning, and channel investment decisions through data-driven insights
  • Develop ROI frameworks across Sales, Marketing, and Product to guide resource allocation
  • Define and monitor key GTM metrics, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership
  • Design and automate financial workflows and tools to improve efficiency and embed finance into GTM decision-making
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in GTM or Revenue Finance, with a strong understanding of sales productivity and forecasting
  • Proven experience building and operating bottoms-up forecasting processes
  • Exposure to commissions planning and incentive compensation modeling
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth technology environments
  • Experience with financial planning, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools such as Adaptive, Looker, and Claude. SQL and Python experience a plus.
