We are looking for: 

The Strategic Growth Manager plays a key role in driving CLS Health’s expansion through market intelligence, strategic planning, provider recruitment partnership, service line development, and relationship-building with external partners. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, evaluating their feasibility, and guiding initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable navigating both operational and strategic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging healthcare demands.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives (e.g., new clinic locations, specialty expansions, partnership models).
  • Build business cases for new ventures using financial models, market data, and operational impact assessments.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, physician groups, referral sources, community organizations, and potential business partners.
  • Support negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership evaluations in collaboration with leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic alignments, joint ventures, and service line enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute approved strategic initiatives.
  • Create project timelines, milestones, and measurable success indicators.
  • Monitor progress, address barriers, and ensure initiatives align with CLS Health goals.
  • Assess provider supply and demand in key specialties.
  • Support recruitment strategy using market trends and growth priorities.
  • Assist in onboarding support for new practices, acquisitions, and providers entering the network.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPI tracking for business development initiatives.
  • Evaluate ROI, cost-benefit analyses, and long-term viability of growth projects.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership.
  • Represent CLS Health at community events, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
  • Support strategic communication efforts that enhance CLS Health’s visibility and provider referral networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic planning, consulting, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in interpreting market and financial data.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a multi-specialty medical group, hospital, or healthcare system.
  • Knowledge of physician practice operations, referral patterns, and healthcare regulatory considerations.
