Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive enterprise-wide priority programs across the organization to scale growth, improve processes, and lead cultural transformation.  This role will take an active role in leading and managing critical strategic initiatives across the organization, including transformation efforts, M&A, AI, and other. The individual will partner across functional teams to optimize process and lead projects that will drive impact on the business. The ideal candidate has a passion for strategic thinking, working collaboratively across the business, and has excellent executive communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Initiatives & Transformation: Support the design and implementation of the company’s transformation roadmap aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and business objectives. Lead cross-functional, targeted projects to improve business scalability.
  • High Performance Management System (HPMS) Development: Support the development and deployment of HPMS principles and methodologies across the organization in partnership with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and customer value. Collaborate with leadership to deploy principles across programs and drive organizational adoption.
  • Project Management: Provide analysis and project support on critical corporate initiatives, including scalability and M&A efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to track milestones and deliverables; prepare status and management reporting; evaluate financial and operational impacts; and deliver leadership updates. Proactively identify potential risks and propose solutions to meet established timelines.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Support M&A activity as needed by leading project management processes, including assessing diligence data, defining critical path activities, advancing work plans, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver seamless integration of impacted processes (e.g., Order to Cash). Develop a repeatable playbook for future M&A activities, including standard process maps, data requests, and work plans.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives using a structured, clear, and empathetic approach to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project and functional leaders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation efforts.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategy, project management, operational excellence, process improvement, or similar field
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Consulting, transformation, or project management experience preferred
