DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Field Finance Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of financing solutions that support the growth of our partners and their customers across North America. This role serves as the primary interface between our regional commercial teams, partners, financial institutions, and our corporate finance team. This role will report to the CFO North America.

The ideal candidate combines strategic financial expertise with strong customer‑facing skills. They will lead the creation of new financing models, present options during commercial negotiations, and ensure proper governance, compliance, and lifecycle management of all financing programs. This position plays a critical role in improving partner development, and supporting sustainable revenue growth.

As the Field Finance Manager, you will:

Financing Strategy & Development

  • Develop, structure, and optimize financing solutions tailored to partner business models and end‑user needs.
  • Analyze partner requirements, credit profiles, business cases, and market dynamics to design competitive and compliant financing options.
  • Collaborate with corporate finance, treasury, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with global policy, capital structure, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate and onboard third‑party financing providers when needed, ensuring adherence to regional and corporate standards.

Commercial Engagement & Negotiations

  • Act as the financial lead during partner and customer negotiations, clearly presenting financing scenarios, total cost of ownership comparisons, and deal structures.
  • Provide real‑time financial guidance to sales teams regarding risk, pricing, and commercial implications.
  • Support key account managers, channel teams, and business development leaders in building compelling commercial proposals.

Program Management & Governance

  • Oversee the implementation and lifecycle management of financing programs across the region, defining KPIs to measure success and sharing dashboard to track results
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and profitability of financing arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and corporate funding guidelines.
  • Track partner feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to continuously improve financing offerings.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the key link between North America operations and the corporate finance team, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and adoption of corporate policies.
  • Work closely with product, pricing, and operations teams to integrate financing models into broader commercial strategies.
  • Develop the training and education required to allow sellers to propose effectively financing options to partners.
  • Partner with marketing to support the promotion and communication of financing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Field Finance Manager  would have those qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, financial services, commercial finance, or partner/end‑user financing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of financing instruments such as leasing, loans, subscription models, usage‑based financing, and structured financial solutions.
  • Proven experience presenting complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios, assess risk, and interpret financial data.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision‑makers internally and externally.

Preferred

  • MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
  • Distribution Experience working with large channel ecosystems or technology partners.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks in multinational companies.
  • Previous work supporting North American markets in a matrix corporate environment.
