SSS operates at the intersection of healthcare innovation, sustainability, and cost efficiency, with pricing that must respond quickly to market dynamics, competitive pressures, and evolving customer needs.

This role goes beyond transactional pricing. You will influence how we price finished goods and raw device inventory, design pricing tiers and guardrails, and support high-stakes commercial decisions that directly impact growth, margin, and customer partnerships. You will work closely with Strategic Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and field leadership to deliver decision-grade insights that balance value creation with disciplined profitability.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment where pricing decisions matter—and where your work is visible, valued, and acted upon—this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Drive strategic pricing decisions by monitoring market and competitive trends and rapidly translating insights into actionable price recommendations
  • Develop and maintain pricing structures including price tiers, discount frameworks, floors, and guardrails across finished goods and raw device inventory
  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and the field to shape offers, build business cases, and align value messaging
  • Lead and support contract pricing activities, including pricing strategy for new contracts, redlines, approvals, renewals, and alignment to margin targets
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and ad-hoc pricing requests, delivering clear, decision-ready financial analyses under tight deadlines
  • Model financial and commercial impacts of pricing changes, deal structures, and customer proposals across accounts and segments
  • Track win/loss outcomes and pricing performance, using data to course-correct strategy and improve future deal outcomes
  • Support pricing governance and compliance by maintaining pricing systems, approvals, documentation, and audit trails
  • Create customer- and leadership-ready materials, translating complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations
  • Continuously improve pricing tools, models, and processes to increase speed, accuracy, and decision-making impact
