About the Role
Identifies, prioritizes, and ensures delivery of key internal projects in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Leverages extensive project management experience and deep understanding of project management principles and tools.
Demonstrates strong process improvement skills, proficiency with project management tools and a solid understanding of digital workflows.
Identifies and implements process improvements and efficiencies.
Engages cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and integration, effective communication and delivers on project goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for projects during implementation.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and client-facing staff.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions during implementation.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Provide detailed reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure smooth handoff to leadership, support or account management teams post-implementation.
Skills Needed:
deep expertise and experience with project management fundamentals, and significant experience leading large scale projects
Experience managing projects in internal or operational settings, ideally within corporate or consulting environments to plan and execute project plan and deliverables.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
Certifications like PMP, CAPM, or PMI are preferred.
