We have a strong presence in the automotive, consumer electronics, and luxury brand industries and provide a wide range of marketing materials – including video, web, and print. Our clients—like Toyota, JBL, and Grand Seiko—rely on us to turn complex product stories into emotionally resonant creative that works across both internal and consumer-facing channels.

We are dedicated to being a valuable strategic partner for our clients by delivering on three promises:

  1. Having a deep understanding of the brand, product, and market

  2. Applying an innovative approach to everything we do, from ideation to execution

  3. Finding unique ways to tell a compelling story that the audience will love

We’re growing—and positioning ourselves as the go-to creative partner for mid-sized brands ($50M–$500M in revenue) that want a smarter, faster, and more strategic agency relationship. That’s where you come in.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Strategist with 8+ years of experience who knows how to uncover insight,

shape creative briefs, and help pitch—and win—great work. You’ll work closely with creatives,

account leads, and clients to bring strategic clarity to everything from a product video to a full

You love becoming an expert in new categories, and know how to take a vague ask and turn it

into a simple, highly compelling brief.

What You’ll Do

Build Creative Briefs

  • Translate business objectives into sharp, inspiring briefs that fuel ideas

  • Identify audience insights, competitive gaps, and messaging opportunities

Support Campaign Development

  • Contribute to concept development with simple and focused strategies

  • Work with creatives from kickoff through execution to make sure ideas stay on-strategy

Pitch Support & New Business

  • Help craft the strategic backbone of new business pitches

  • Develop audience frameworks, brand territories, and content strategies that sell

Client Collaboration

  • Present strategy in a clear, compelling way

  • Be a strategic partner in conversations - someone clients trust to ask the right questions and give smart direction

Research & Insight

  • Conduct research to support creative thinking

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into plainspoken insights

What You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in an agency strategy role (brand, digital, content, or comms)

  • Strong writing and deck-building skills

  • Experience working on brand positioning, messaging, campaign briefs, and creative strategy

  • Collaborative mindset — you like working side-by-side with creatives and account leads

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and holding your own in feedback discussions

  • Curious, resourceful, and insightful—able to dive into details or stay high-level, as needed

Nice to Have
  • Experience with product launches, especially in automotive, tech, or lifestyle brands

  • Familiarity with internal communications or B2B creative work

  • • A portfolio of briefs, decks, or campaigns you’ve helped bring to life
