Job Summary

Woven’s Strategy team is looking for a dynamic Manager to join our Strategy and Innovation group – someone who is entrepreneurial-minded and passionate about working throughout the innovation process to bring new healthcare technologies and partnerships to life. You will be responsible for leading and managing 1-2 client projects at a time. A successful Manager will have very deep project delivery and leadership skills. You will have ownership and responsibility for project execution, client deliverables, and day-to-day project stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

The Strategy Manager at Woven Health Collective plays a critical role in driving high-quality project delivery, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development and internal initiatives. This individual will lead day-to-day project execution while ensuring strategic alignment, exceptional quality, and strong client engagement. Additionally, they will support account growth and help develop junior team members.

  • Project Delivery & Execution: Lead the execution of strategy consulting projects, ensuring seamless delivery, high-quality outputs, and alignment with strategic goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client interactions while facilitating key discussions, workshops, and presentations to drive impactful recommendations.
  • Project Quality: Lead deliverable outlining and storyboarding to create clear, impactful milestone presentations and workshops. Ensure all deliverables meet Woven’s quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project excellence.
  • Client Relationship Management & Account Growth: Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for account expansion through new service offerings and cross-selling. Support Senior Managers in developing and converting new business opportunities.
  • Business Development & Thought Leadership: Support lead generation, proposal development, and project scoping to drive new opportunities. Contribute to positioning Woven as a thought leader by engaging in industry discussions and developing innovative project approaches.
  • People & Internal Leadership: Mentor and develop Associates and Sr. Associates through performance reviews and coaching. Lead internal initiatives focused on company strategy, process improvement, and fostering a strong organizational culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of consulting experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering strategy consulting projects for healthcare and life science companies
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree in business, engineering, technology, or healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Experienced team leader, managing and developing 1-3 junior team members per project.
  • Skilled facilitator with experience leading client meetings, including interviews, workshops, and presentations.
  • Strong client relationship builder, supporting account growth in collaboration with leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating intellectual curiosity, creativity, results orientation, and a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in business development, supporting leadership on ad-hoc growth initiatives.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Must have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
