Role Description

As a Strategy Manager, you will be a thought partner to senior leaders, driving the development and execution of company-critical initiatives. You will be at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, ensuring the company makes bold decisions rooted in data and follows through with operational precision.

You will lead strategic problem solving, distilling complex challenges into clear insights and actionable plans. You will also drive cross-functional alignment and program management, ensuring key priorities are tracked, measured, and delivered with rigor. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring a rare blend of strategic thinking, analytical depth, and operational excellence.

You’ll work with teams across the organization—from Product to Finance to People—to craft strategy, dig into data, and drive outcomes that move the company forward.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop company-wide strategy and translate vision into prioritized initiatives.
  • Conduct deep dives, opportunity sizing, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Define and track performance metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes to measure success and enable iterative learning.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution, often playing a hybrid strategy + program management role.
  • Design and run operating cadences (QBRs, strategic reviews) that keep executive leadership informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate alignment across functions, surfacing tradeoffs and enabling timely decision-making.
  • Identify and de-risk potential execution challenges early through data, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create high-quality, data-backed materials to support C-level decision making.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; can structure ambiguous problems and design analytical frameworks
  • Proven ability to dive deep into data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, etc.) to generate insights and drive recommendations
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning cycles, business performance metrics, and organizational scaling
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; experience preparing content for and presenting to senior executives
  • Ability to toggle between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in consulting preferred
