What you’ll achieve  

As a Dell MBA Strategy intern, you will own a workstream of a strategic project that allows you to have a real impact on the business from day one. In your role you will work individually and within a project team to take on topics such as evaluating new product / business opportunities and identifying process and operational changes to improve business results. 

You will:  

  • Perform work aligned with your personal career goals and interests to solve complex problems

  • Develop relevant strategy skills that will help you launch a successful career

  • Join in networking opportunities with fellow MBA interns, alumni, and business leaders

  • Learn more about Dell’s career development and rotational programs that focus on building our top talent pipeline and nurturing future leaders

  • Participate in professional development trainings, community service activities, and various ‘showcase Austin’ social events throughout the summer

This internship will provide visibility into Dell’s broader organization while simultaneously allowing you to focus on a specific business unit that most closely aligns with your skills, interests, and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work in one of our Client Solutions areas such as: 

  • Go-to-market (GTM) strategy for business units such as Consumer & Small Business, Commercial Sales, and Software & Peripherals (SnP)

  • Product portfolio strategy

  • Digital transformation

  • Innovation strategy

  • Expansion into new markets

Essential Requirements  
  • MBA Class of 2027

  • Prior work experience in an analytical or strategic role, or equivalent related experience when you join full-time

  • Very strong understanding of business strategies and drivers

Desirable Requirements  
  • Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction

  • Expert problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

Compensation 

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $45/hr- $57.50/hr.
