What Makes You a Great Fit

Our company is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations. This role will support cross-functional initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and help streamline processes to enable scalable growth.

This role requires candidates to be located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. Applicants outside of these locations will not be considered.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Support strategic projects across the company by conducting research, preparing analyses, and tracking progress against goals.

  • Help identify operational inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, including presentations and reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

  • Contribute to special projects such as process optimization, new tool adoption, and M&A integration.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Has 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm

  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills; comfortable analyzing data and summarizing insights

  • Proficiency with Excel / GoogleSheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker). SQL, Python, or other analytical skills are a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations for stakeholders

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
