Onsemi seeks non-engineering interns to support business operations, analytics, finance, supply chain, IT, HR, marketing, and other functions. Interns will analyze data, improve processes, develop reports and dashboards, assist with planning and operational initiatives, conduct research, and present recommendations. The role is fully on-site in Scottsdale, San Jose, or Allen and includes mentorship, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is an on-site internship position. Interns are expected to work from their designated onsemi office location throughout the duration of the internship. Remote work is not available for this role.
ResponsibilitiesDepending on the assigned organization, responsibilities may include:
- Partnering with business leaders and teams on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
- Leveraging technology, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve business processes, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Supporting process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

- Developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and business recommendations.

- Conducting research and providing recommendations to support organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications
