This is an on-site internship position. Interns are expected to work from their designated onsemi office location throughout the duration of the internship. Remote work is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned organization, responsibilities may include:

  • Partnering with business leaders and teams on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
  • Leveraging technology, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve business processes, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Supporting process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
  • Assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and business planning activities.
  • Supporting supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives.
  • Conducting research and providing recommendations to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business functions and geographic regions.
  • Presenting project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership.
  • Participating in professional development, networking events, intern programs, and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or related degree in:

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, automation tools, reporting systems, data analytics, or AI-powered technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
