We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Tyler team. Behind every exceptional patient experience is a well-stocked, organized facility, and that's where you come in.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and making sure the right supplies are in the right place at the right time.

Some days you'll unload deliveries, organize inventory, and restock critical supplies throughout the facility.

Other days you'll transport materials between locations, prepare equipment for the clinical team, and help ensure every department has what it needs to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do as the Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Hospitality Health ER, you will:

  • Keep supply rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked so our clinical teams have what they need when they need it
  • Receive, unload, organize, and distribute incoming freight and deliveries throughout the facility
  • Manage inventory using our digital inventory system to maintain accurate supply levels
  • Transport supplies and materials between our warehouse and Hospitality Health ER locations
  • Prepare equipment and replenish medications as directed to support efficient patient care
  • Replace hazardous waste containers and report equipment concerns to leadership
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, patients, and visitors while supporting day-to-day operations
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep the facility running smoothly

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, supply chain, or materials management experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies throughout the facility
  • Flexibility to meet departmental scheduling needs
