This internship provides hands-on experience supporting vendor management and supply chain operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Interns will assist with data analysis, production tracking, and purchase order management to help ensure accurate, on-time product delivery. This role is ideal for students interested in building skills in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position is expected to start in May 2026 and continue through the entire Summer 2026 term (through August 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role
- Assist in maintaining strong vendor relationships by following established vendor management processes
- Support data and system accuracy to ensure alignment with product management and supply chain strategies
- Help monitor vendor lead times, production changes, and capacity fluctuations to reduce risk and improve service efficiency
- Assist with analyzing production and performance data, including KPIs, to support vendor reviews and continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with suppliers to help issue and manage purchase orders and ensure production confirmations align with requested dates
- Review production reports and support on-time delivery initiatives by flagging risks or inconsistencies
- Monitor product flow based on demand and production availability
- Help process shipping documents and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and systems (Excel experience a plus)
