About OneSkin

#BeLimitless with OneSkin

Come redefine the future of aging with us. We're a longevity company. Everything we do, we do to help people age at the best version of themselves.

Our founding team is made up of 4 PhDs and entrepreneurial minds on a mission to transform the way we think about skin and aging. As the pioneers of skin health and longevity, we create science-based, clinically effective products to optimize skin and body health and provide support for people at every step of their “growing limitless” journey. Our longevity approach targets the root causes of aging using a proprietary peptide designed to decrease the accumulation of aged (senescent cells) in the skin -- and is the first product proven to reduce skin biological age in humans.

We never settle and continually challenge existing treatments and methodologies to advance the frontier of skin science. As we help our customers grow limitless, we grow too -- by embracing individuality and differences, leading by example, and empowering ourselves and others with our passion for science, optimal health, and innovation.

We are limitless. It's our mantra. Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to live life to the fullest regardless of their age.

About The Role

Location: Remote — PST Preferred

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to provide temporary coverage during a planned family leave. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the center of our operations—coordinating between manufacturing partners, third-party fulfillment centers, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure inventory availability, shipment execution, and supply chain continuity across our direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both day-to-day logistics operations and longer-horizon planning discussions, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time

What You'll Do

  • Logistics & Freight Management
    • Manage domestic and international freight movements across business units, products, and fulfillment locations
    • Review shipment requirements, transit timelines, and carrier selection; coordinate shipping documentation and compliance
    • Monitor shipment timelines, resolve carrier issues, and maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate event shipments, return logistics, and special handling requirements
  • Inventory Planning & 3PL Coordination (AMS)
    • Manage work order requests and coordinate inventory replenishment strategies across warehouse locations
    • Review inventory availability against demand requirements and support inventory balancing between East and West fulfillment centers
    • Resolve order exceptions, backorders, and fulfillment challenges in coordination with AMS
    • Coordinate inbound inventory receipts from contract manufacturers and support demand planning discussions
  • Manufacturing Operations & Inventory Flow
    • Manage end-to-end coordination of inventory flow between contract manufacturing partners (Allure, PakLab) and AMS fulfillment centers
    • Track production progress, conduct PO check-ins, and maintain visibility into production schedules
    • Manage manufacturing documentation, including packing lists, SKU assignments, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
    • Coordinate inbound packaging from global suppliers to manufacturing partners and outbound finished goods shipments
    • Execute PO reconciliation, receiving validation, and PO closure across supply chain systems
  • Amazon & Healf Replenishment
    • Own logistics coordination for Amazon and Healf replenishment cycles, including shipment creation and routing decisions
    • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Healf platform shipment workflows
    • Coordinate order placements and shipment execution with AMS; monitor shipment status through delivery completion
  • Systems & Platform Management
    • Operate across supply chain platforms including Asana, Flexport, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, OrderDesk, Looker, EchoShip, FreightSaver, TQL, Spherecast, WAMS, and Wonderment
    • Support ongoing implementation and operational alignment across platforms as needed
    • Maintain accurate data across supply chain systems: production status, shipment milestones, inventory movements, and receiving activities

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination—preferably in a DTC or consumer goods environment
  • Hands-on experience managing domestic and international freight, 3PL relationships, and contract manufacturing coordination
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central replenishment workflows
  • Proficiency with supply chain and logistics platforms (experience with any of: Flexport, Asana, Shopify, OrderDesk, EchoShip is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, manufacturing, and fulfillment partners
