Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Supply Chain Manager located in US Texas Austin Research Blvd.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Manager, will be in In charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations. 

  • Checks materials related to data research. 

  • Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals. 

  • Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area. 

  • Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors. 

  • Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive. 

  • Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration. 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.  

  • 7 years’ experience in similar position

  • Knowledge of the MS Office

  • Proficient Excel

  • Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization

  • Strong communication skills

  • Inventory management
