Your Mission:
Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases. Adapt to changing environments with quick-thinking and disguises to collect video evidence of a subject's activity.
You don’t need specialized training, credentials, or experience. You just need grit, open availability, and a sense of adventure. We’ll train you on the rest and equip you with the tools you need.
Details:
- Entry level with career advancement in our Surveillance Promotional Track
- Starting pay: $20/hour, average rookie Investigators earn $44,000-$54,000+
- Performance-based incentives and raise opportunities at 90-day, 6th month, and annual performance reviews

- PTO accrual starts day 1, benefits at 60, 401k with 4% match at 6 months
- $30 monthly cell phone stipend
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must currently live in Connecticut
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
- Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
- Ability to pass DMV & background checks
- Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed, all expenses paid)
Work Environment:
- Minimal supervision - independent in the field, updating the Ops team by quick calls/texts
- Frequent video camera use
- Maintaining stake out positions for extended periods
- Tailing subjects by foot and vehicle
- Driving in urban, rural, and suburban communities, long-distances at times, in all weather conditions
