How You Can Make a Difference:

Health Catalyst is seeking an experienced and strategic SVP, Channel Sales to lead the development and execution of our channel and alliance growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this executive leader will be responsible for building high-impact partnerships that accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen Health Catalyst's position as a leader in healthcare data, analytics, and AI solutions.

In this role, you will establish and grow relationships with strategic partners, cloud providers, consulting organizations, and technology alliances while creating scalable go-to-market programs that generate pipeline and drive bookings. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership teams to maximize partner engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare technology experience, a proven history of building successful partner ecosystems, and a demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue through indirect sales channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

Channel Strategy & Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Develop and execute Health Catalyst's channel sales and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partners across healthcare technology, consulting, cloud, and data ecosystems.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Establish scalable partner programs, engagement models, and performance frameworks.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Generation

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue objectives.
  • Develop joint business plans that create sustainable pipeline growth and accelerate bookings.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities.
  • Drive co-sell motions and joint account planning activities with alliance partners.

Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic channel partnerships.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
  • Influence organizational strategy through market insights and partner ecosystem intelligence.
  • Present business performance, partnership health, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Create and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Ensure partners understand Health Catalyst's value proposition, solutions, and competitive differentiators.
  • Expand marketplace, referral, reseller, and strategic alliance opportunities.

Forecasting, Analytics & Business Management

  • Maintain accurate forecasts for pipeline, bookings, and partner performance.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for channel programs.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize partner performance and investment decisions.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading channel sales, strategic alliances, partner development, or indirect sales organizations.
  • Experience selling healthcare technology, data analytics, AI, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems that generate significant revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Strong business, financial, and strategic planning acumen.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Existing network within healthcare technology, consulting, cloud, or data partner ecosystems.
  • Experience leading national or global channel programs.
  • Background working with healthcare providers, health systems, payers, or healthcare technology organizations.
