SVP, Client Solutions (Americas)

Location: Remote, US

Reports to: President - Americas

Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000

About Incubeta:

Incubeta is a global marketing partner focused on driving profitable growth by bringing media, creative, data, and technology together into one integrated solution. We partner with CMOs and business leaders who demand clarity, accountability, and meaningful results. We are positioned for momentum in the Americas, believing the future belongs to agencies that can connect performance and brand, strategy and execution, creative and media.

Role summary:

The SVP, Client Solutions is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Americas Leadership Team. This leader is accountable for unifying and leading the client-facing teams and marketing intelligence organization, while personally spearheading our most strategic, C-level client partnerships. This is not a passive oversight role; it requires a hands-on architect to transform the go-to-market strategy, evolve our solutions, and drive commercial momentum. The primary objective is to architect the next stage of growth, ensure excellence in client delivery, and maximize the customer lifetime value (LTV) across the Americas client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is focused on three pillars of leadership and impact:

Client Leadership & Commercial Impact

  • Personally lead executive-level, C-suite relationships for a select portfolio of tier one accounts, serving as the senior strategic partner and executive sponsor.
  • Own the organic growth roadmap, designing and executing strategies to achieve double-digit annual growth through cross-selling and new solution adoption.
  • Ensure Incubeta is positioned as a strategic partner that drives profitable business outcomes, not just channel execution.
  • Lead senior escalation, intervention, and client retention efforts across priority accounts.
  • Champion a commercial mindset across the delivery organization, partnering with Finance and Operations to maintain rigor and protect margin.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and develop cross-discipline, client-facing talent within Client Success, Marketing Intelligence, Media & Creative, Strategy, and Planning.
  • Embed a sales-aware, solution-minded culture of high performance, clarity, and curiosity.
  • Set OKRs and performance standards aligned with business impact, client outcomes, and revenue accountability.
  • Recruit, inspire, and retain top-tier talent capable of operating confidently at executive levels.

Solution & Market Strategy

  • Translate client needs and market demands into refined go-to-market strategies and a continuously evolving value proposition.
  • Lead the Americas commercialization strategy, including identifying and expanding opportunities with enterprise clients in new regions.
  • Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to ensure the integrated capabilities—media, creative, technology, and measurement—work as a single decision system driving client transformation.
  • Serve as a lead voice in high-level new business efforts and represent Incubeta in industry and executive forums to strengthen brand and market presence.

What Success Looks Like (Performance Focus):

  • Achieving a regional Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 110% through expansion within high-potential clients.
  • Increasing the number of multi-solution clients by 20% year over year.
  • Driving incremental revenue from existing clients through expanded scopes and broader solution adoption.
  • Establishing Incubeta as a long-term strategic growth partner, not a vendor, to tier one clients.
  • Ensuring the integrated offering evolves in a scalable and sustainable way, in direct response to market demand and client opportunity.

Required Qualifications & Experience (Inferred):

  • Leadership and Commercial Experience: Proven ability to lead executive-level relationships, drive significant organic growth, and operate with a high degree of commercial and financial rigor.
  • Strategic Acumen: Deep experience in transforming go-to-market strategies and evolving a value proposition in a dynamic marketing landscape.
  • Integrated Capability: Expertise in connecting and leveraging integrated media, creative, data, measurement, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Executive Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence at the highest C-levels, mentor senior teams, and lead complex cross-functional organizations (Client Success, Intelligence, Strategy, Creative).
  • Growth Mindset: A track record of architecting future strategy rather than maintaining status quo, with direct accountability for regional organic growth targets.

Most new hires fall within the salary range and have the opportunity to earn more over time based on individual and company performance. However, the initial salary offer is based on several factors such as the individual's location, relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.

As a general policy, Incubeta does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.
